Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. Two different members of the same household may open separate accounts, provided they each have their own ID and mobile number.
For security purposes, pk7 may request identity verification at any time. This may involve submitting a scan of your national ID or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
Keep your account password strictly confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure.
Pk7 services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If there is any doubt about a user's age, pk7 may request verification documents.

Pk7 does not charge any additional processing fees on transactions. However, payment providers (such as Mobile Pay, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own charges.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed when placing a bet may change before confirmation. pk7 reserves the right to confirm or cancel bets at the updated odds.
